*************** PLEASE NOTE PRIOR TO BOOKING DURING THE TIME LINES BELOW --- The recent Kona storms caused substantial damage to the sinkholes near the A Building. There was also structural damage to the A Building. The board has been working aggressively with a team of legal counsel, project managers and engineers who in turn are working with the county to determine what we can and can't do and when. This has been a major undertaking with our team and the board to get as far as we are and we continue to push for as much as we can.
We now have a tentative work plan in place for stabilizing A Building. The anticipated start date is May 11th, 2026, with work expected to continue for approximately three to four weeks.
During this period, expect large construction equipment on property. Noise, impacts to guest parking, temporary mess, and affected views are all anticipated as part of this work. We will send this message to the property managers who have current emails on file so they can notify guests, but please forward if you have a new management company or contact. Once this initial stabilization phase is complete we will continue to work with engineers, contractors and the county on long term solutions for the sinkhole. We appreciate your patience as these essential repairs move forward.***********************************

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 24 hours away at time of booking.
